Our Story
Local Pavers LLC started because too many Central Florida homeowners were getting ripped off by fly-by-night crews who'd install pavers over 2 inches of sand, collect payment, and disappear when everything sank six months later. We saw driveways cracking, patios shifting, and contractors who wouldn't return calls after deposit checks cleared.
In 2009, we decided to build a different kind of paving company—one where the owner answers the phone, licensed installers show up when promised, and every project gets the same commercial-grade base we'd use on our own homes. Today, we're still family-owned and owner-operated, with the same crew that's been installing pavers across Orlando, Sanford, Winter Park, and Lake Nona for 16 years.
